Staged Home Designs Pricing Structure
Staging Consultation- $120 This is an 1-2 hour long visit providing Staging and color suggestions for the homeseller, but no written report
Staging Report- $210 Includes consultation and a very detailed 10-20 page Report of how to highlight the home
Staging- $50-$150/hr This is the labor charge for rearranging the current owners furniture and accessoriesand reflects the number of team members required
Furniture and Accessory Rental- Rates will vary from home to home based upon Staging needs. Rental is month to month with no monthly minimum . Call us for a free bid
